Terms and Conditions
- Only Mumbai Textile Merchant’s Mahajan members from Greater Mumbai region and surrounding areas will be allowed to participate
- Kindly draw the cheque in the name of “ Mumbai Textile Merchants’ Mahajan”. Confirmation of stall is subject to cheque realisation
- 18% GST is applicable on all the services availed.Also, all the mentioned rates of stall including additional amenities will be non-refundable.
- Any change in the date due to covid crisis, amount paid by the participants will be adjusted against next applicable date.
- Stalls will be alloted as per the draw system.
- Stalls cannot be shared by two different entities.
- Participant will be held accountable in case of any damage to the stall or any provided amenities. Incase of damage to the hotel property, participant will directly settle the same with “Sahara Hospitality Limited” at the end of the day or on the closure of the event.
- All the participants along with their staffs will have to submit 2 doses of COVID VACCINATION CERTIFICATE or RT-PCR negative report (72 hours Validity).
- Retail Sale is strictly not allowed.
- The Association reserves the right for allocation and refusal for participation.
- Smoking & use of Tobacco is strictly prohibited.
- Buffet timings for participants at Ocean 1 & 2. Lunch - 12.00 pm - 3.00 pm and Dinner - 7.00 pm - 10.00 pm
- 1. Separate lunch area for staff of participants will be provided
- 2. Above timings won’t be extended as per the hotel policy.
